This is the largest of the two remaining parcels making up of one of the largest farms in the fertile Black Prairie Region of Mississippi and Alabama. The Headquarters Farm is roughly 95% cultivated with 500+/- acres under irrigation. This farm has a history of high productivity and is well managed. It has excellent soils and produces high yields of soybeans and corn. It includes three pivot irrigation rigs, six grain bins, a large equipment shed, two shops, hay sheds, and grain elevator, bins, and dryer on the railroad. Details of the sizes and capacities are provided with photos. The farm is extremely accessible along Hwy 245 just North of Okolona, MS and one mile of frontage along Hwy 45-Alt. Six different 360 degree panoramas were taken by drone flights in September a few weeks before the beans were ready for harvest.
