There is also an extra bedroom and upstairs loft for even more sleeping room. This lodge can easily entertain and sleep upwards of 14+ guests! The home is an open floor plan design with a large kitchen, high ceilings in the living area, spiral staircase to the upstairs loft and a mud/utility room as well. The front porch offers serene views of wildlife each day. The exterior of the home is all hardboard with a metal roof, both of which are built to last for years. A giant pavilion sits outside the rear of the home! Built with huge beams and accented with white stone, this pavilion is the place to be for relaxing and entertainment. Complete with an island, grill, commercial exhaust fan, ceiling fans and lights, it's ready for cookouts, events and more. The ranch is approximately 60% wooded with towering oaks, elms, cedars an yaupons. With the thick woods, it's easy to find a place you've never been to. Numerous hunting blinds and feeders are in place and ready to hunt. One of the most unique features on the ranch is the rolling terrain and multiple creeks that traverse the property. Several wet-weather creeks wind and weave around the property, all having water frequently. Some of the creeks even have fish in them! The creek crossing have some nice brick footings in them to make crossing easier. These creeks give rise to several towering bluffs that tower some 50-75' above them! Dozens of miles of trails are ready to get you to your hunting spot or use to enjoy horseback riding, ATV's and more. In a compliment to the creeks, the ranch has 3 beautiful ponds that are ready to fish. The biggest pond is over an acre in size and is tucked away in the woods with flooded timber lining a winding creek area. This pond has some giant bass to catch and would be great for the duck hunter as well. The other two ponds are slightly smaller, but offer clear water and ample fishing opportunity. The most western and has a nice wooden dock and fish feeder as well.

The ranch has one garage close to the home for storage of equipment and UTV's. Additionally there is another barn to the wet of the home that offers storage for tracts, skid steers and other large equipment. A water well, septic and power are all in place. The property is wildlife exempt leading to lower taxes.

Access to the ranch comes off of CR 250 loop, which is a short drive from FM 485. The ranch does not touch the county road, but is accessed by a very short easement. By not touching the road, the ranch is less susceptible to road poaching and fence issues.
