Benevola Hunting & Timber Investment Tract

This is an awesome deer and turkey hunting tract located about 40 minutes from Tuscaloosa, near the Benevola community. The 127 acres adjoins both the Lindsey Fire Tower Road and Benevola Road. It consists of 75+/- acres of predominately mature oak hardwood and 50+/- acres of 6+/-year-old planted pine, which makes a great bedding area for deer. The balance is in green fields and roads.
