Tract is comprised of 65% pine plantation with two age classes, 1999 Loblolly thinned one time with an understory release applied in 2018 and 2003 Loblolly ready for first thinning now. The remaining balance is a natural regeneration of mixed hardwood and pine, all of which is marketable size and quality. The topo has a gentle roll with upland pine plantations, giving way to natural hardwood ridges and bottoms. The hardwoods contain a mixed variety of oak species attracting deer and turkey, in addition there are several established wildlife openings. Surrounding properties consist of similar type properties being managed for timber production and wildlife habitat.
