Beaver's Place on Buffalo Creek

Description:

The Beavers Place is a mixture of native pasture and tillable acreage. There are about 5.5 acres that could be used to grow hay or crops. The southern half of the property is heavily wooded with a great variety of trees including mesquite, netleaf hackberry, chittum, and ash.
