The headquarters are located on the north end of the ranch and consist of calving facilities, Morton buildings for equipment, a ranch managers home, a housekeeper's home and guest house. The main home is another mile interior to the property on a well-maintained ranch road along irrigated fields, Apple Run Creek and multiple reservoirs and developed wetlands. The main home has stunning 180-degree unobstructed views of the Big Horn Mountains and the large lawns borders a 5-acre reservoir.

Two of the larger reservoirs on the ranch are stocked with trout species and bass, and three other reservoirs are designed for waterfowl and animal wildlife with fluctuating levels of water. Both Beaver Creek and Apple Run Creek are live water sources on the property and have stream enhancements to benefit wildlife.

The Beaver Creek ranch is located just 15 minutes from town of Sheridan Wyoming, which offers dining, shopping, city recreation, golfing and more. The Big Horn Equestrian Center and Polo Fields are only a short 5-minute drive from the ranch. The town of Big Horn is only 6 miles from the ranch on well-maintained gravel county roads.
