Beautiful pasture and hay land

This is one of those places that you probably admired going down the road. It is that pretty and has that much curb appeal. Right now they are waiting to cut hay, but you must see it with those big rolls of hay scattered across the place. It's in Holmes County, and that's enough alone to speak well of the hunting, with very nice mixed timber, lots of it hardwood. It has more than one gorgeous home site, it has lots of road frontage and Highway 12 splits it. It's located just outside Durant, as you're going toward I 55 on Hwy 12. It's perfect for cows, horses or just to nice place to live on or have for a get-away.
