The lodge is stunning with a very large natural stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings it is the perfect place to sit and relax. The large game room allows for plenty of space for fun and is away from the main living area so there is no interference from the noise. The enclosed porch is a great place to enjoy a libation and the open porch near the pond is the same except you can hear the stream as it trickles down the rock creek and waterfalls next to the porch. It is very relaxing. The lodge can sleep 10 easily or more with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs as well as a gathering room downstairs aside from the game room.

There are several elevated box blinds located over food plots or along travel corridors that have proven to be very successful over the years. They have practiced quality deer management for over 10 years and it shows in the age and quality of the deer taken. There are several areas that can be bow hunted as well in and around the food plots and at stream crossings. There is a flowing stream on the property and it is a perfect freshwater source for the deer, turkey and other wildlife here.

There is an awesome rustic log cabin that was built by the owner as a little forest getaway that sleeps two now but could sleep more. It is located in a timber area of the parcel and is considerably removed from the main area and is very well appointed and constructed.

The property is located very close to the Betsy river and Crystal Lake as well as Frankfort where the Boating and fishing is terrific for trout and salmon. A 30-minute drive away is Crystal Mountain ski resort where endless fun can be had on the slopes and in the restaurants and bars.

I have not even gone into the Hobby house that is currently an art studio... but it is the chalet that sits across the driveway from the Main house/lodge. It is a quaint building with a large loft and large glass doors and space abounding for extra sleeping room or an extra area for guests.

There are also two large pole barns for all the toys. One has a workshop and storage area both are very functional. There is an orchard of fruit trees behind the smaller pole barn that is manicured and produces a great harvest every year…...I could go on and on but this one really needs to be toured to be fully appreciated.
