The Bar TL Ranch is 425 deeded acres along the Greybull River, located between Cody and Meeteetse, Wyoming. Lush alluvial river bottom and productive irrigated hay fields make up the balance of the topography. Between the large bluffs west of the improvements and the river bottom are approximately 390 acres of irrigated hay fields and sub-irrigated pasture. The irrigated hay fields provide quality alfalfa and grass-mix hay, and excellent forage for livestock and wildlife. The Bar TL Ranch has modest but quality improvements. There are two comfortable ranch homes, a wonderful shop with bays for storage and equipment and also a fully functional wood shop. The ranch improvements overlook the Greybull River which flows northeasterly out of the Absaroka Mountains. The Greybull River, one of the best native cutthroat fisheries in Wyoming, flows for approximately two miles on the ranch, providing the east boundary.
