This is going to be another one of those properties that’s easy to get to but hard to leave. The old road leads into the property from the east in a gradual drop down into the bottom where you cross Elkhorn branch to where there was once an old home place. Elkhorn Branch runs through the entire property from north to south. Some of this bottom ground can easily be reclaimed back to what was once most likely open pasture. There are numerous sites to build a cabin, either in the bottom or up in some of the more open scenic locations on top. There is a good old roadbed from the old home site to the top which passes by a hidden pond back in the more mature timber ground. Plenty of wildlife sign was noticed while touring the property and several good stand locations were identified. Put in a few food plots, get in your stand, and get ready!
