The Azalea Comp 9 South is 334 acres located north of Capron, VA on Peters Bridge Rd (Rt 631)

The tract lays gentle rolling with good interior roads for access throughout the tract. The timber is

comprised of 170 acres of planted 1998 Loblolly pine, 78 acres planted 2003 Loblloly pine, 5.6 acres

2000 planted Loblolly pine and the remaining 78 acres is hardwood bottom land. The soils on this tract

are prime soils, primarily Emporia Slagle and Slagle fine sandy loam. The property has

great wildlife habitat with Raccoon Creek (mature hardwood bottom land) making up the south west boundary
