Auction Details: This property is being offered via online auction that begins at 12:00 p.m. on 1/21/2025 and will close on 1/23/2025 with a dynamic closing beginning at 10:00 a.m. for Tract 1, 12:00 p.m. for Tract 2, 2:00 p.m. for Tract 3 and 4:00 p.m. for Tract 4.

Tract 1 is being offered both individually as well with the adjoining Tract 2 with the property selling in whichever format garners the most proceeds. We will take the high bid for Tract 1 and Tract 2 and total those numbers. We will then add a $10,000.00 escalator which is where the bidding for Tract 3 will begin.

Driving Directions: From Colony, take Highway 58 west for seven miles and turn south on Arkansas Rd. Proceed 250 to the driveway on the east side.
