Ashpole Central Tract is located just north of the North Carolina/South Carolina border, south of the town of Fairmont, NC. It is approximately 16 miles south of Lumberton, NC and is less than 50 miles north of Myrtle Beach, SC. There is 2,300 feet of frontage on Hwy 41 and 4,300 feet of frontage along Olivet Church Road.
Well-maintained internal roads that provide access throughout the tract cover almost five miles. The tract consists of merchantable hardwood timber with a mix of Cypress, Red Oak, and Gum trees throughout. Ashpole Central Tract is a prime recreational tract, specifically for deer and turkey hunting.
