The land offers a diverse variety. There are pastures on about half and the sandstone ridge covers the other half. The pastures have great grass and appear to have been cultivated in the old days. Mesquites are slowly moving in so this area will eventually have more cover. Or if manicured, these pastures could produce excellent grazing or planted crop. The ridge offers good views and elevation change with lots of Bee Brush and native plants. Oaks are scattered throughout this part of the ranch and some larger Mesquites also. There are several patches of native sunflowers that attract dove. Game seems abundant with much sign of wildlife on this ranch. Deer and hog indications are plentiful.
