The ranch has miles of big rolling hills, sandy soils, large native brush, food plots, improved quail hunting areas, stock ponds, multiple water wells & troughs, cattle facilities and adequate fencing throughout! Several large wet weather creeks traverse through the property creating some fertile bottoms and excellent elevation change from the tops of the hills. Other types of wildlife that are flourishing at the Agarita Medio Ranch are bobwhite quail, turkey, javelina, a few hogs here and there, and fantastic wing shooting for dove around the stock tanks and fields.
