ABC Road Former Grove

This former citrus grove is located at one of the highest points in the Alturas area. There are very few remaining viable

trees, but the soils and topography are ideal for citrus production. It consists of 131 acres and a 12 inch well. It would be an

excellent spot for a new grove or some sort of development. It is on the Alturas Ridge and is surrounded on two sides by

groves. This is a great parcel for someone to replant citrus or to develop into 5-acre ranchette lots.
