Abandoned Road Timber and Hunting

This is a solid tract of mixed pine and hardwood forest land. The trees are approximately 12 years old with some older, merchantable timber on the south end of the property. Most of the property is in one contiguous block of 103 acres. On the south end, 10 acres is in a separate parcel just 330 feet from the main block. The small parcel could be sold separately. The property is surrounded on all sides by forest land. The north, west, and east boundaries are forest industry land. Much of the industry land has been recently harvested and replanted. This tract has plenty of deer, turkey, and squirrels already and the hunting will only improve in the next few years. The property is landlocked due to the abandonment of McMaster Road many years ago. It is the policy of the adjacent forest industry to provide access to owners of landlocked property. Contact the agent for more information.
