The property has a large white tail deer population. There are many, many trails throughout the property, and additional clearings for more feed plots

There is a small primitive cabin with upstairs bunk space on the property. Water and electricity are run to the house, but no meter has been set for the water. Current lights and heat are propane. Ideal man cave for a weekend of hunting.
