3915 acres limestone hunting/cattle ranch. This ranch is predominately a native bluestem grass ranch. It is located over the aquifer which would have tremendous amounts of underground water available. Improvements consist of older rock home, (low quality) used for hunters cabin, an excellent water well, excellent guardrail corrals and above average fences. 60% of the fences are fairly new. Two really neat old rock barns, in need of some TLC.
Ranch has historically ran 4-500 cows. It's has 3 year round springs and approximately 15 ponds. The current owner has been using ranch for hunting mainly.

Ranch is located just west of Bromide, OK. Bromide is known for its freakish genetics in whitetails and is a very populated wildlife habitat. This ranch is surrounded by large ranches that have been managing whitetails for at least 7-9 years. Approximately 12 stands/feeder, or food plots in place. This ranch is surrounded by timbered ranches. There are lots of open areas for more food plots.
There is a county road that goes through ranch...approx 2/3 of the ranch is on north side and 1/3 on south side.
