The planned amenities include two lakes; a larger 30 acre lake and a more private 5 acre lake. During the planning of this community, watercraft was planned to be a significant mode of transportation. The schedule of uses allows for a private boat ramp and dockage for the exclusive use of park residents and guests. Other water amenities included an optional waterfront coach house with a dock lounging area.
