Approximately 50 / 50 mix of high ground and swamp, good bedding areas for mature whitetails. Lots of elevation changes on the south end of the land, plenty of oaks, and a nice hemlock covered ridge with a deer blind overlooking the swamp edge. Middle of the land is a brushy, marshy mix and is home to all 4 ponds. One of them can be accessed from shore. The other 3 ponds are boat access only. Lots of ducks and geese found in the ponds, as well as good fishing for panfish, pike and bass. The north end is more level ground, has a couple food plots in place, and a canal access point to get to the northern most pond. Trees on this end are mostly softwoods, poplars, cherry, apple, and some pines.
