There is a pumping station for a large water line running to Oklahoma City located on about twenty acres located within the ranch. Hunting would include whitetail deer, turkey, geese, dove and quail and the lakes have bass and catfish.
This owner has two other ranches in the area and on the total 3,120 acres runs approximately 500 cows and 300 to 400 yearlings. This number should markedly increase by fertilization of the pastures. Hay produced on the ranches is fed from approximately the first of January until late March each year.
