This house was originally built in the "Houston Heights" in 1903 . It was relocated to the present 25 acre Boling property in 2007. The home is full of historic charm, most of which remains in its original state. Not all of the home is original, the house has been updated with central A/C and heat. The location of the home was specifically chosen because of the great view of the pond and 20 pecan trees that can be seen from most windows and porches on the house. This peaceful setting along with its origination, prompted the name "Pecan Heights". Only 1 hour from downtown Houston and 20 minutes to shopping and entertainment makes this a can't miss opportunity. THIS HOUSE HAS NEVER FLOODED
