This property is located 5 miles east, 4miles south and ½ mile east of Amistad, New Mexico approximately 50 miles southeast of Clayton, NM and approximately 48 miles west of Dalhart, Texas

This property has six irrigation wells with approximately 612 acres formerly under sprinklers and four pivot pads with underground line in place to the pivot pads. The four original circles are measured by the FSA office as 123.5 acres, 123.1 acres, 125.3 acres and 240.2 acres.

The formerly irrigated farmland (612 acres) is currently enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program until 2012 at $27.67 per acre per year with the remaining acreage in native grass.
