The ranch is located just miles from Tilden, Texas off Hwy 72. Gently rolling terrain, abundant wildlife & lots of brush. Good access by County Road.

Brush includes Bull Mesquite, Guajillo, Black Brush, Granjeno, Cactus, as well as numerous native forbs and grasses. This vegetation is suitable for consumption and attracts Whitetail Deer, Dove, Quail, Turkey and Hogs. 5 deer blinds, 1 tripod, 5 corn feeders, 5 protein feeders, with protein & corn fed year round. Whitetail has been well managed.

Water provided to headquarters and furnished to ranch at 5 locations by water line from an artesian well per an agreement with neighboring ranch. Water pressure at headquarters is 40 lbs of pressure by booster pump from the main well. Pertle Creek transverses the property and has live water most of the year.
