As you continue into the ranch, you will wind up to the top of the cliff where a custom patio sits constructed of native stone and granite gravel. As you drive back on the ranch the views just get bigger and bigger of Packsaddle Mountain, Cedar Mountain and many others. You will even drive past a new lake that's about an acre. It has enough watershed to be 3+ acres which would be great to build and is hard to find good locations for these on hill country ranches. Truly some of the best views I have seen anywhere in the hill country. It is not bare hills either. It has many Oaks throughout the ranch and thick brush in areas for plenty of deer cover.
If you continue along the creek's bank you'll drive through thick wildflowers of white, yellow, and blue on up through a grove of large oak trees with an old wall that has fallen that must be from the turn of the century or older. Past this you'll see a beautiful barn that was just completed by Timber & Stone Builders out of Fredericksburg, Texas. They do extremely quality work and you'll see that in this structure. It has a full bath, a room with air conditioning and a really large open upstairs. It was built in a way to complete into a home in a few months if someone would like to do so. The barn is running off of Central Texas Electric and has a well that is at least 30 gallons per minute.
