From Monticello, Arkansas, travel south on Highway 425 to the intersection with Highway 172. Turn right (West) onto Highway 172 and continue about 12.1 miles to the Possum Valley area and Gees Landing Road on the left. Turn left on Gees Landing and continue about 2.2 miles to the tract. The majority of the property is located on the left side, but a small corner of pine is on the right side of the road. A Kingwood Land For Sale sign and pink flagging mark the property. Boundary lines are a combination of new teal green pain on the north, south and east and a combination of red and yellow paint on the west.
