LOCATION: Approximately 16 miles west of San Angelo on the south side of FM 853 at Arden.

DESCRIPTION: This ranch has an abundance of live water with about 3/4 of a mile of both sides of the Middle Concho River and 3/4 of a mile of both sides of West Rocky Creek where it empties into the river. The ranch is generally a gently sloping to gently rolling country with a moderate to heavy cover of mesquite. Pecan and oak are prevalent along the river and creek. The ranch is well watered by the river, creek, and three water wells.

GAME: The ranch has been high fenced for many years and the deer have been protein-fed and managed for large whitetail deer under an MLDP program. No outside deer have been introduced into the ranch in recent years assuring herd health and no CWD. Other game include Blackbuck Antelope, Rio Grande Turkey, dove, and quail.
