This tract is a rural, private tract located off Seed Tick Road in Morgan County Tennessee. Approximately 52 acres were cut last year which could be converted to pasture. The balance of the tract is a small pine plantation and hardwood. Timber inventory shows ±600 tons of Pine pulpwood and ±2,500 tons of hardwood products. Great views of the Cumberland Plateau are found on the tract's highest elevation.
