Looking towards the property line sign on the left side, there is a brush pile with a piece of survey tape. walk to it and then walk to the clearing kind of heading a little slanting to the right a bit and you'll see another survey tape on a dead small tree. Then walking forward on a live cedar tree bush you'll see the third survey tape hanging on the bush. Walk around it and look to your left to see the well stand pipe.

South on US-HWY 377 from Junction TX. for about 23 miles heading towards Rocksprings Tx. to CR 408 or CR 160 depends on what pin drop you use. Take a left, go through the bump gate. 6.5 miles you will come to the main gate of the Ranch. go through the gate and go straight until you dead end at the cul de sac where the property is located. the cul de sac is about 2.2 miles past the gate you will go past the community pond of the ranches to your left.
