If you’re looking for a nice tract that joins the Daniel Boone National Forest, let’s talk about this one for a minute. It’s almost completely surrounded by National Forest with road frontage on two sides. Easy to get to but out of the way enough to give you that remote getaway that you want. The tract has one of the coolest rock houses on it that I’ve ever seen, check it out in the pictures. It’s easy to get to also. There is an old homestead in the center of the tract where you can see the remains of the old cabin, not much left but imagine what it must have been like to live there. Would you like a creek or pond on the property? No problem, this one has both! There are some trails but it also wouldn’t take much to develop more. This is an overall very good recreational property. You could set up a primitive cabin in numerous locations. Hunt your property and have access to more National Forest than you could possibly hunt. This is a completely wooded tract so it should also be considered as an investment tract. You will at some point harvest timber and even when you don’t, it will continue to grow. Come check it out.
