The Tatum Plantation Lodge and 884 acres is located 5 miles north of Centreville, MS right off Hwy 24. The blacktop driveway leads you through the custom gated entrance to the lodge then through the covered bridge over the levee of the lake. As you arrive at the lodge you will soon see it's one of a kind! This custom built 4 bed, 4.5 bath lodge is unlike any place you've been. The reclaimed wood and rustic furnishing make you feel right at home. The 2 large fireplaces and outdoor deck make for a great place to reminisce about the day's adventures. The hunting on the tract is second to none. Several 200" deer have been taken off the tract. 30-40 deer can be seen out of the box stands on the large fields. The hardwood bottoms make for great morning hunts and great turkey roost. Axis have recently been introduced and are thriving. There are also 2 ponds and 2 creeks on the tract for great fishing and fun. There is also a newly constructed 60' x 80' metal building included.
