The land in this area is greatly known for hunting land. The general area consists of woods and pasture. A 5 strand barbwire fence outlines the property and is in great shape for livestock. After a survey has been done marking the new boundaries, this will be fenced as well. There is a house/cabin that needs to be finished. The court house records do not indicate the square feet. My estimate is about 1400 sq. ft., this also has a new well.
