This smaller ranch has so much to offer. The current owners have done an incredible job of cleaning out the rolling coastal hay field in the front 2/3 of the ranch. Even in this year of drought, they have created a nice income from the 100+ round bales that they harvested from the fertile ground. They also leased the ranch out during dove season because the hunting was excellent. The western portion of the property is coverd with poat oaks and live oaks. It is absolutely beautiful.
