The tract features two different pine plantations. Along the road are ten acres of Longleaf pines that were planted in 2013. Further back are 55 acres of Loblolly pines that were planted in 2007/08. The tract has a good site index, a high survivability rate in the pine plantations, and has the potential for wet weather logging.
