A beautiful 82-acre fly fishing and hunting paradise nestled along the North Fork of the Salmon River, the property is located just north of Gibbonsville off of Hwy 93, which is open year round. The highway is part of the Lewis & Clark Trail and is also known as the "Salmon River Scenic Byway". The closest town offering an assortment of amenities is Salmon, Idaho, 30 miles to the south. Salmon is a quaint, friendly town of just over 3000 residents and attracts many tourists visiting the area to raft the "River of No Return" and to fish and hunt. The town thrives on recreation and tourism. The Lemhi County airport is located just outside of Salmon and can accommodate small aircraft and jets. Lodging and restaurants are also available in North Fork, Idaho (14 miles south of the property).

The property can easily be accessed from Missoula, Montana, which offers a commercial airport for quick access from anywhere around the world. The Lost Trail Powder Mountain ski area located at the Montana-Idaho border is just 5 miles north of the property. Lost Trail Powder Mountain offers great skiing accommodations with five double chairs, three rope tows and over 50 marked trails on 1800 acres!
