This ranch is located just east of Robert Lee on an easement, off of Hwy 158. There is river frontage on the Colorado River, and a nice lake stocked with fish. The McClaine Ranch is located in central Coke County just east of Robert Lee. The property has Colorado River frontage which is downstream from Lake Spence. The river is currently dry given the prolonged drought conditions in the area. Recreation
There are many features of this property that increase the recreational appeal. The ranch has a diverse terrain and lots of wildlife. The main lake offers fishing and is a great spot for dove hunting in the fall. Although the river is currently dry, for years it had great fishing and lots of game that traveled the river bottom.
