Tract S-1 "Buddy Dry"

S-1 consists of +/- 81 acres of loblolly pine plantation established in 1985. The plantation is mostly pine pulpwood, but some small logs present. There is hardwood pulp and sawtimber also on the tract. Estimated timber volumes available upon request.
