The fences are above to average barb wire & steel posts. The water looks great especially in this drought year. A large deep gravel pond is on the south supplied by a spring to the north of the pond. Another wet weather spring is on the west side. A windmill is on the north but appears to have not been used for quite some time.
The Rolling Flint Hills on the west side cascade to the valley below where Bruno Creek meanders along the bottom of the hills. As I was viewing the property the deer loped ahead of me along Bruno Creek, where even the rocks seemed to be watching from beneath the crystal clear water. This is livestock grazing at its best with just the right wildlife habitat for great deer hunting and livestock protection.
