If you are expecting city living at this price and location, this land is not for you!!

All of the other land I have out here has sold. The only reason this came back to me is because my customer stopped paying and was foreclosed. This land is now being sold to another buyer for $750 down and $750 a month for 96 months. If someone wants to give me straight cash, I will do $45k.
