The timber on the property consists entirely of a 15 year old (1995) pine plantation, which was first thinned in 2009. The stand is estimated to have 307 pine trees per acre and a basal area is presently 85 square feet per acre. Pine trees average 7 inches in diameter and are about 40 feet in height on average.
