It is an archery hunter's dream property with well-defined travel routes to and from the food sources and bedding areas. The cabin is extremely neat and clean with a full kitchen water and septic. The cabin has two furnaces one is propane the other is a wood burning furnace. The current owner used less than $300 in propane this past winter by using the wood furnace. Both furnaces are located in a dry easily accessible basement. The cabin currently has two bedrooms one on the main floor and one upstairs, however, there is room for another bedroom upstairs that is used for an office. The property is surrounded by all private land so the orange army will not be a factor and the deer will be allowed to age and mature if managed correctly. The current owner has taken one buck per year for the past several years in an attempt to allow the deer to mature and it is working.
