The timber on the property consists of +/-64.1 acres of hardwood sawtimber and pulpwood and the remaining acreage consisting of primarily hardwood regeneration with scattered trees. Kingwood Forestry Services conducted a timber inventory estimate of all merchantable timber in October of 2008, using 1/10th acre fixed radius plots placed on a 2 x 5 chain grid across the +/-64.1 acre area.
