The most consistently productive Duck hunting lake I’ve seen in a very long time. Flatland Lake is a privately owned very large lake just off of the MS River in Rodney MS. The lake only has 4-5 partial owners so it is a very secluded honey hole for both fishing and incredible duck hunting. The lake is at the very tail end of the MS delta and is used as an annual resting spot for ducks on their flyway journey down the river. The past owners of this property have had extremely consistent hunts of 4 and 5 man limits of birds year in and year out (see the pictures for the proof!!) along with the incredible duck hunting you’ll have a brand new very large redneck box stand overlooking a food plot between the lake and adjoining farm ground so you can catch the big MS river bottom bucks slipping through your hardwoods! Current owners will split the newly graveled road back to the boat launch into the lake to access the opposite side of the lake they still own. Call for more details!
