LOCATION: Latimer County in SE Oklahoma, Less than 4 hrs from Dallas, 3.5 hrs-OKC, 2 hrs-Tulsa. Located on eastern ridge of 8 Mile Mountain.

SITE: 120 Acres of a diverse terrain offering excellent wildlife habitat potential. The property lies mainly to the North of Eastern ridge of 8 Mile Mountain at 1400' elevation. Property has 300 ft elevation change to North Peachland Creek. Rock outcrops near and around

the creek offers even more aesthetic enjoyment.
