The farmland is located west of Charlotte, Iowa, just north of the intersection of paved County Highway 136 and 308th Avenue and in Section 21 of Waterford Township. The farm includes 65.4 Acres of CRP with an annual payment of $156.81 per acre for a total of $10,255 expiring in 2030. These tracts offer a range of various acre ponds and multiple building site locations combined with prime recreational opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts.
The farmland will be sold as two individual tracts through the Buyer’s Choice Auction Method where the High/Winning Bidder can elect to purchase an individual tract or both tracts.
