This is a great hunting property outside of Melbourn, AR in Izard county. There is a tremendous amount of wildlife on this property. It is easily accessible off the highway, and comes with great views and a really nice wet weather creek. It would be a great place for someone wanting a nice piece of hunting ground with several nice cabin spots.
