The Henderson Creek Tract is located about 14 miles northeast of Magnolia, Arkansas, about 5 miles north of Village, just northeast of Highway 98. The tract has about 28 acres of pine plantation established in 2000 and about 50 acres of bottomland that has had most of the timber removed in the past year. The pine plantation will soon be ready for a 1st thinning which can produce near term income to the buyer while the bottomland area offers nice hunting and recreation potential as well as possibility for conversion to pastureland, similar to surrounding properties or replanting into pines or hardwoods.
