The Texas Big Tree Registry which is sponsored by the Texas A&M Forest Service, currently recognizes that the largest Chinaberry tree in the State of Texas is located on this property. The tree which was planted in the early 50's, sits near the 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the highest part of the property. New carpet in the living/dining and bedroom.
It has window units, a refrigerator and there is concrete slab on which the concrete blocks /pies rest. There are some live oak, mesquite and hackberry tress also which scattered around the property.
