Location: Northwest of Skidmore, Texas at the end of County Road 503 or access from Hwy 181 on Oak Lane. The ranch is about 2.5 hours from Houston and 45 minutes from Corpus Christi.
Description: The ranch is coastal pastures with regrowth and brush. The creek area is covered in large live oaks and mesquites. There are tons of oaks on the creek and scattered on the ranch. There has not been cattle on the ranch in two years. Beautiful places for homesites.
Water: The Aransas Creek transverse through the west side of the ranch. It may have a spring on the creek. There are two water wells. It has three small tanks.
Improvements: Pipe cattle pens, 2 windmills and good cross and perimeter fences.
